Glass Wall Systems India Ltd continued their strong run on Thursday, locking in the 20% upper circuit limit and extending gains for the second consecutive session since listing. The stock quoted at Rs 257.82 on the NSE, marking a sharp rally that has pushed the counter up nearly 38% from its issue price of Rs 182.
On its debut day Wednesday, the stock had already delivered a solid performance. It listed at a premium and settled over 18% higher, closing at Rs 214.85 on the NSE and Rs 215.35 on the BSE. The robust listing followed an IPO that was subscribed a healthy 81.65 times, with the price band set at Rs 172-182 per share.
Thursday’s upper-circuit move lifted the company’s market capitalisation to approximately Rs 2,267 crore, an increase of over Rs 373 crore from the previous close.
