Private life insurer

HDFCLIFE
announced a 16 percent year-on-year increase in its net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25, reaching ₹477 crore. This is up from ₹412 crore reported in the same period last year.   The company's net premium income also witnessed a significant 16 percent growth, climbing to ₹23,766 crore in Q4FY25 from ₹20,488 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.   The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.1 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
