Entero Healthcare Solutions through a block deal on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The asset management company bought roughly 13.90 lakh shares, amounting to approximately ₹235.6 crore, at a price of ₹1,695 per share. The seller in the transaction was the Prasid Uno Family Trust, which has been systematically trimming its holdings in the healthcare distribution company. As of June 2026, the trust held a 10.45% stake (about 45.50 lakh shares) in Entero Healthcare. Following recent rounds of share sales—including this latest block deal—the trust has divested a cumulative 7.39% stake over the quarter, reflecting a major reduction in its shareholding as the stock has experienced sharp upward momentum.
