Corp's stock faced mild selling pressure on Thursday, slipping around 2% in early trade, even as the two-wheeler giant reported strong March 2026 dispatches. The company sold 5,98,198 units in March, marking an 8.8% year-on-year jump from 5,49,604 units in March 2025.
Domestic sales stood at 5,52,505 units, reflecting healthy demand in the home market. Exports grew 15.62% to 45,693 units, contributing to an impressive full-year performance. For FY26, exports surged nearly 40% to record levels, helping overall annual dispatches climb approximately 10% to 64.69 lakh units.
Scooter sales shone brightly with a 53.18% jump to 65,815 units, while motorcycle dispatches rose 5% to 5,32,383 units. The robust volume growth underscores Hero MotoCorp's continued dominance in the two-wheeler segment, supported by strong commuter and premium offerings.
Despite the positive sales momentum, the stock closed the previous session at ₹5,122, up 1.17%. It remains about 20% below its 52-week high of ₹6,390 and well above its low of ₹3,322.60. The company's market capitalization stands at around ₹1.03 lakh crore.
Market participants appear to be weighing the solid operational numbers against broader sector concerns, including input costs and demand sustainability. Analysts remain cautiously optimistic, citing Hero's export momentum and product portfolio strength as key growth drivers for the coming quarters.#WatchOutFor#StockInNews#Miscellaneous#EquityResearch
