Hyundai Motor India Shares sentiment Bullish on Brokerage Outlook After Q2 Earnings

Q2 Financial Highlights The automaker posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,572 crore for Q2 FY26, reflecting a robust 14% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to the same period last year. This uptick was largely driven by strong export demand, which offset a dip in local vehicle sales. Revenue from operations edged up 1% YoY to Rs 17,461 crore. While domestic demand remained subdued—aligning with industry-wide slowdowns that have capped profit growth to single digits for five consecutive quarters—overseas markets provided a key buffer.

HYUNDAI
i noted that a recent GST reduction, implemented at the end of September, is poised to stimulate broader demand revival in the coming months.
