This transaction, executed across various schemes of the fund, has reduced its shareholding below the disclosure threshold mandated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Details of the Stake Sale As of September 8, 2025, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund’s holding in IndiaMART InterMESH has decreased by more than 2% of the company’s paid-up capital compared to its previous disclosure on June 13, 2025, when it held a 5.08% stake. The sale was carried out as part of the fund’s investment strategy and not with the intent to acquire controlling interest in the company, as clarified in a statement. The fund has complied with SEBI’s disclosure requirements under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, by notifying the public of the transaction.
