Nambiar, who assumes the role of Senior Management Personnel, brings 17 years of financial sector experience from institutions like Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, and Citigroup. At Kotak, she advanced to Senior Vice President in Private Banking HR, driving initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance employee engagement. Geetha Menon resigned as Head of Human Resources on the same day to join another promoter group company. IIFL Capital Services, formerly IIFL Securities Limited, is based in Mumbai.
