IndiaMART InterMESH Q4 Profit Drops 72% YoY to Rs 50.2 Crore

ART InterMESH Ltd (IIL) reported a sharp 72.2 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 50.2 crore for the quarter ended March 2025, compared to Rs 180.6 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s revenue from operations grew 13.85 per cent year-on-year to Rs 404.3 crore in the March quarter, up from Rs 355.1 crore last year. Revenue from Web and related services stood at Rs 368.3 crore, while Accounting Software services contributed Rs 36.1 crore. Total expenses rose 19 per cent to Rs 279.3 crore during the quarter. However, total income (including other income) declined 20.15 per cent to Rs 370.4 crore.
