Info Edge Reports Mixed Q3 FY26 Results: Profit Dips Sequentially Amid Steady Revenue Growth

India) Ltd, the parent company of ***** 99acres, Jeevansathi, and Shiksha, announced its Q3 FY26 (December quarter) results on February 13, 2026, showing a sequential decline in profitability despite modest operational improvements. On a consolidated basis, net profit fell 14% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to ₹272 crore from ₹316 crore in Q2 FY26. This drop was partly due to a one-time loss of ₹51.9 crore related to changes in labour codes. Revenue from operations edged up 1.7% QoQ to ₹819 crore (from ₹805 crore), while showing stronger 13% year-on-year (YoY) growth. EBITDA rose 5.3% sequentially to ₹294 crore, improving the margin to 35.9% from 34.6% in the prior quarter, reflecting better operating efficiency. The recruitment business (primarily ***** remained resilient amid an uncertain hiring environment, with billings growth holding steady. Non-recruitment segments also contributed positively. The board approved an interim dividend of ₹2.40 per share for FY26. Overall, while profitability faced pressure from one-off items and other income variations, core operations demonstrated stability with improved margins and growth on a YoY basis.
