Inox Green Energy Services Reports Strong Q3 Performance with Profit Surge

INOXGREEN
nergy Services Limited (IGESL), a leading provider of operations and maintenance (O&M) services for renewable energy assets, announced impressive results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26). The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹24.66 crore, marking a nearly five-fold increase from ₹5.81 crore (or approximately ₹5.19 crore in some reports) in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. This sharp profitability jump was primarily driven by robust growth in income. Total income rose significantly to ₹111.73 crore, up from ₹73.98 crore a year earlier, reflecting stronger operational execution in its core wind turbine generator O&M services and related infrastructure. Revenue from operations grew around 34% year-on-year to approximately ₹81.79 crore, highlighting improved efficiency and higher-margin activities amid the company's strategic focus on streamlining its business, including the planned demerger of its power evacuation unit. The company's portfolio remains expansive, standing at over 13.3 GWp, comprising 10 GW of wind assets and 3.3 GWp of solar assets. This includes recent strategic acquisitions adding 6.5 GW of operational wind O&M capacity. Once these acquisitions are fully consolidated, Inox Green expects a multifold increase in consolidated EBITDA and profit after tax, bolstering its position in India's growing renewable energy sector.
