ncial Services reported a 14% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹272 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared to ₹316 crore in the year-ago period. The dip came despite robust topline growth, primarily due to a sharp rise in total expenses.
Revenue from operations surged 106% YoY to ₹1,019 crore from ₹493 crore last year, driven by strong performance in lending and other financial services. Net interest income also rose 28% YoY to ₹344 crore. On a sequential basis, profit grew marginally by 1% while revenue increased 13%.
The company declared a dividend of ₹0.60 per share. Jio Financial continues to expand its digital lending and financial ecosystem under the Reliance umbrella.
