Lupin's Q4FY25 Soars: Net Profit Jumps 112% on Robust Sales Growth
Mumbai-based pharmaceutical giant
LUPIN
has announced a remarkable 112.4% year-on-year surge in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 (Q4FY25), reaching ₹782.4 crore. This significant jump from ₹368.2 crore in the corresponding period last year underscores the company's strong operational performance.
The company also reported a healthy 14.2% increase in its revenue from operations, climbing to ₹5,671 crore in Q4FY25 from ₹4,961 crore in Q4FY24.
However, on a sequential basis, Lupin experienced a slight dip in both profit and revenue, falling by 8.9% and 1.7% respectively.
Operationally, Lupin demonstrated robust growth in its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), which rose by 34.3% year-on-year to ₹1,371 crore, compared to ₹1,026 crore in Q4FY24. This improvement led to an expansion in the EBITDA margin to 24.8% from 21% in the same quarter last year.
