(India) Limited, a Navratna public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, reported its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of FY26 (October-December 2025) on February 13, 2026.
The government's construction and project management company saw its consolidated net profit rise sharply by 39.3% year-on-year to ₹193 crore, compared to ₹138.5 crore in the same quarter last year (Q3 FY25). This reflects strong bottom-line growth despite some operational pressures.
Revenue from operations increased by 7.6% to ₹3,022 crore, up from ₹2,809 crore in the previous corresponding period.
However, at the operating level, there was some softness: EBITDA declined 21% year-on-year to ₹114.5 crore (from ₹144.7 crore), leading to a contraction in operating margins to 3.8% from 5.2% a year ago (a slip of about 140 basis points). This indicates margin pressure even as topline and profit showed improvement.#EquityResearch#TechnicalViews#WatchOutFor#StockInNews
