rce Ventures Ltd, the parent company of beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa, fell nearly 5% on Thursday, July 3, 2025, following a significant block deal. Approximately 6 crore shares, representing a 2.3% equity stake, were traded at a floor price of Rs 200 per share, a 5.5% discount to the previous closing price of Rs 211.59 on the NSE. The transaction, valued at Rs 1,200 crore, was reportedly led by early investors Harindarpal Singh Banga and Indra Banga, who offloaded part of their 4.97% stake in the company. The deal, managed by Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, is a 100% secondary sale, with proceeds going to the selling shareholders. Nykaa's stock hit a low of Rs 201.55 on the BSE, reflecting market reaction to the stake sale.
