India Ltd, a key player in the exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas, has announced its board meeting schedule for the first quarter (April-June) of FY 2026. According to an exchange filing on July 27, the company’s Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, on both standalone and consolidated bases.
The BSE 200-listed public sector undertaking (PSU) previously reported a 21% decline in net profit for the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25, recording Rs 1,591.48 crore compared to Rs 2,028.83 crore in the same period last year, primarily due to lower oil and gas prices.
The Q1 FY 2026 earnings announcement is expected around 7:40 PM on August 12, following the board meeting, based on the timing of the company’s previous earnings release on May 21 for Q1 FY 2025. Investors and stakeholders await the results to gauge the company’s performance amid fluctuating global energy markets.
