State-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (

) delivered a resilient performance in the second quarter of FY26, posting a consolidated net profit of ₹10,784.88 crore—up 5% year-on-year from ₹10,235.46 crore in Q2FY25, despite a marginal dip in operational revenue. Revenue from operations slipped 1% YoY to ₹1.58 lakh crore from ₹1.59 lakh crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting softer crude realizations and currency headwinds. However, tighter cost controls and favorable non-operating income cushioned the bottom line.
