Oracle Financial Services Shares Drop 2% Tracking US Parent’s Q4 Results
Shares of $OFSS ncial Services Software (OFSS) declined over 2% on Thursday, June 11, 2026, mirroring weakness in its US parent Oracle Corp following its fiscal Q4 earnings announcement. The stock was trading at ₹9,262, down ₹208 or 2.20% on the NSE during afternoon trade. Oracle Corp reported strong Q4 results with revenue rising 21% year-on-year to $19.18 billion and net income at $4.22 billion. It also raised its fiscal 2027 EPS guidance to $8.05. However, investors reacted negatively to the company’s aggressive AI infrastructure spending plans, including $70 billion in net capex for FY2027 and $40 billion in debt-equity fundraising.
