97 Communications Limited, the operator of fintech platform Paytm, will hold a Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to approve its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The announcement was made in an exchange filing on Saturday, July 12, 2025. Led by Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Paytm debuted on the stock market in November 2021 with an IPO price of Rs 2,150, while its shares are currently trading at Rs 951.80.
