Raymond Realty to List on Stock Exchanges in Q2 FY2026

Ltd is gearing up to list its demerged real estate business, Raymond Realty, on the stock exchanges in Q2 FY2026 (July-September 2025). Following the successful demerger of its lifestyle business in 2024, the company has now completed the demerger of Raymond Realty and secured all necessary approvals. Group CFO Amit Agarwal, in a statement to analysts reported by PTI, confirmed that the listing is on track for the second quarter of the current financial year, marking a significant step for shareholders awaiting the debut of Raymond Realty shares on the bourses.
