RBL Bank Q3 FY26 Results: Net Profit Surges 5.5x to ₹214 Crore

RBLBANK
Bank delivered a remarkable turnaround in the December quarter (Q3 FY26), posting a standalone net profit of ₹214 crore — a 555% jump from ₹33 crore in the year-ago period. The sharp rise was driven by steady core operations, significantly lower provisions, and meaningful improvement in asset quality, despite a one-time pre-tax expense of ₹32 crore related to revised wage definitions under the new labour codes (effective November 21, 2025). Key Highlights: Net Interest Income (NII) grew 5% YoY and 7% QoQ to ₹1,657 crore. Net Interest Margin (NIM) stood at 4.63%, up from 4.51% in the previous quarter. Gross NPA ratio improved to 1.88% (down from 2.32% QoQ and 2.92% YoY). Net NPA ratio eased to 0.55% (from 0.57% QoQ). Gross advances rose 13-14% YoY to over ₹1.04 lakh crore, with total deposits up 12% YoY to ₹1.19 lakh crore. Other income (excluding one-offs) grew 13% both YoY and QoQ to ₹1,050 crore. Cost-to-income ratio improved to 66.3% (from 70.7% QoQ).
