The company's Board of Directors has approved the execution of a joint venture agreement with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited, a subsidiary of the renowned German logistics giant Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE & Co. KG. The new joint venture company will be incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, marking a significant step in expanding SAMIL's logistics capabilities on a global scale. Under the agreement, SAMIL will hold a majority stake of 51%, ensuring control over the entity, while Hellmann will own the remaining 49%. The venture will operate through SAMIL's Logistics Solutions Division and focus on delivering integrated third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services.
