Sanyasi Ayurveda Offloads 0.53% Stake in PC Jeweller

Sanyasi Ayurveda has sold a 0.53 percent stake in jewellery retailer PC Jeweller through open-market transactions on October 16. The company disposed of 5.17 crore equity shares, representing 0.53 percent of PC Jeweller’s paid-up equity capital, for a total of Rs 84.2 crore. The shares were sold at Rs 16.28 apiece. In the previous session, investor Aditya Kumar Halwasiya had acquired a 0.52 percent stake in the same company for Rs 73.59 crore.
