td, a BSE 500 company and owner of IPL franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad, has announced a second interim dividend of ₹3.75 per share (75%) for FY 2025-26.
This follows an earlier interim payout of ₹5 per share in August, taking the total dividend declared in FY26 to ₹8.75 per share.
The announcement comes despite a sharp decline in Q2 performance:
Net Profit: ↓ 13.4% to ₹354.69 crore (vs ₹409.45 crore YoY)
Revenue from Operations: ↓ 38.9% to ₹929.87 crore (vs ₹1,299.87 crore YoY)
Total Expenses: ↑ 55.3% to ₹923.51 crore
Key revenue contributors in Q2 included:
Sunrisers Hyderabad (IPL): ₹567.55 crore
Sunrisers Eastern Cape (SA20): ₹94.52 crore
However, H1 FY26 total income rose 13.7% YoY to ₹2,919.01 crore, supported by its expanding sports portfolio.
