The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹1,415.52 crore in the March 2026 quarter, up from ₹1,306.09 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations declined 13% to ₹14,900.20 crore from ₹17,095.88 crore a year ago, reflecting softer demand or pricing headwinds in key segments. However, the company demonstrated operational efficiency with EBITDA rising 10% year-on-year to ₹4,216 crore. Commenting on the performance, a company spokesperson highlighted the focus on cost optimization and productivity improvements that helped expand margins despite the topline contraction. Dividend Announcement The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share for the financial year 2025-26 (FY26). This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s 107th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for July 7, 2026.
