Texmaco Rail Shares Surge 4% on Rs 103 Crore Order Win

Texmaco Rail & Engineering's share price climbed 4% in early trading on August 22, 2025, after securing a Rs 103 crore order from Leap Grain Rail Logistics for supplying BCBFG wagons and BVCM brake vans, to be delivered within 10 months. Despite the positive order news, the company reported a 50% drop in consolidated net profit for the June 2025 quarter, falling to Rs 30 crore from Rs 59.8 crore year-on-year, with revenue declining 16.3% to Rs 910.6 crore from Rs 1,088.2 crore. The stock closed at Rs 142.05 in the previous session, up 2.45%. It has a 52-week high of Rs 254.50 (August 28, 2024) and a low of Rs 115.10 (April 7, 2025), currently trading 41.93% below its high and 28.41% above its low.
