Waaree Renewable Technologies Reports Stellar Q3 FY26 Performance with Net Profit More Than Doubling

WAAREERTL
newable Technologies Ltd (WRTL), the solar EPC arm of the Waaree Group, delivered exceptional financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, driven by robust project execution and surging demand in India's renewable energy sector. The company posted a net profit of ₹120.19 crore, marking a substantial 124.74% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to ₹53.48 crore in Q3 FY25. This more-than-doubling in profitability was primarily fueled by a sharp rise in revenues. Revenue from operations reached a record ₹851.06 crore, reflecting an impressive 136.18% YoY increase from ₹360.35 crore in the same quarter last year. The strong top-line growth highlights WRTL's execution excellence in solar EPC contracts, supported by improved operational efficiency and a healthy project pipeline. The board also approved a capital expenditure budget for the development of a 120 MWp Solar Power Park in Buldhana, Maharashtra. This strategic move underscores the company's commitment to expanding its renewable energy footprint and contributing to India's clean energy transition. WRTL maintains a solid unexecuted order book of 2.92 GWp, to be executed over the next 12-15 months, providing strong revenue visibility. Additionally, its bidding pipeline remains robust at approximately 29 GWp, positioning the company well to capitalize on the ongoing boom in utility-scale solar projects. Commenting on the results, Manmohan Sharma, CFO of Waaree Renewable Technologies, emphasized the company's focus on execution, financial discipline, and long-term growth in India's accelerating renewable energy landscape. These results reinforce WRTL's position as a leading player in the solar EPC space, benefiting from vertical integration within the Waaree Group and the government's ambitious targets for solar capacity addition. Investors and industry observers will be watching closely as the company continues to execute on its strong order backlog and expansion plans.
