nterprises Ltd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Welspun Pune Shirur Projects Ltd, has signed a concession agreement with the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) and the Government of Maharashtra for the development of a six-lane partially elevated highway corridor on NH-753F.
The ₹7,300 crore project spans approximately 53.4 km from Pune to Shirur and includes upgrades to the existing stretch. It will be executed on a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) toll model with a 29-year sub-concession period, including a four-year construction timeline.
The win significantly boosts Welspun’s order book to around ₹18,800 crore, strengthening its position in India’s transportation infrastructure sector.
