As part of the strategic engagement, Wipro will also acquire Mindsprint, Olam Group's in-house IT and digital services arm, for an enterprise value of approximately $375 million (subject to customary adjustments). Mindsprint, which employs over 3,200 professionals primarily in India, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro upon completion of the transaction, expected by the end of Q1 FY27 (June 2026).
