Power Mech Secures ₹549 Crore Adani Group O&M Contract

has secured a ₹549.37 crore contract from MOXIE Power Generation Limited, an Adani Group company, for providing comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services at its 2×600 MW Tuticorin Thermal Power Plant in Tamil Nadu. The contract was disclosed on September 29, 2026, and will be executed over 60 months, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031. The scope of work includes complete operation and maintenance services for the 1,200 MW thermal power facility. The contract value of ₹549.37 crore includes all applicable taxes and duties, excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST). This five-year agreement provides Power Mech with long-term order visibility and strengthens its presence in the thermal power operations and maintenance segment. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transaction. The company has also confirmed that its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity.
