bdl good momentum but wait for the demand zone as shown

BDL
CMP: ₹1,175 | Closing: 21 September 2026 BDL closed at ₹1,175 on 21 September, down 1.81% for the session. The stock is currently well below its 52-week high of ₹1,654–₹1,655, indicating that the broader medium-term price structure is still under pressure despite improving recent earnings. 1. Fundamental Picture BDL's Q1 FY27 numbers were substantially better YoY: Revenue from operations: ₹572.24 crore, up 130.81% YoY PAT: ₹118.79 crore, up 547.37% YoY PBT: ₹165.63 crore, up more than 6x YoY Revenue was also up about 19% QoQ from ₹480.20 crore in Q4 FY26. However, the very high YoY growth needs context. Q1 FY26 was a relatively weak base, so investors should not extrapolate the 547% PAT growth directly into the full year. Sequentially, PAT increased only about 5% from Q4 FY26. 2. Order Book — Major Strength The most important fundamental factor for BDL remains its large order pipeline. The company's order book was approximately ₹26,176 crore as of 31 March 2026, according to its FY26 investor presentation cited by market sources. This provides significant revenue visibility, but the key question is how quickly this order book gets converted into revenue and cash flows. BDL also received approximately ₹1,347.71 crore of orders from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. in June 2026: Helina launchers & LRUs: ₹1,109.37 crore CMDS LRUs: ₹238.34 crore Expected execution period: 24–60 months So, the long-term order visibility is strong, but execution remains an important variable. 3. Technical Analysis At ₹1,175, BDL is sitting around an important short-term technical zone. According to technical data for 21 September: Pivot: ~₹1,174 Immediate support: ~₹1,165 Next support: ~₹1,155 Further support: ~₹1,147 On the upside: Immediate resistance: ~₹1,184 Next resistance: ~₹1,193 Major short-term resistance: ~₹1,202–₹1,212 These levels are derived from daily pivot calculations and should be treated as zones rather than exact price points.
