$SHRIRAMFIN
$SHRIRAMFIN Fundamental View: Bullish (Long Term) Shriram Finance remains one of India's strongest retail-focused NBFCs with leadership in commercial vehicle finance, MSME lending, two-wheeler finance, gold loans and personal loans. The company continues to deliver healthy loan growth while maintaining profitability. The latest Q1 FY27 results were particularly strong: Net Profit increased around 60% YoY to about ₹3,445 crore Net Interest Income (NII) increased around 34% YoY Assets Under Management (AUM) crossed ₹3.13 lakh crore, growing more than 15% YoY Net Interest Margin (NIM) improved to about 9.0%, while the cost-to-income ratio also improved. Positives ✅ Strong earnings growth ✅ Healthy AUM expansion ✅ High ROA and ROE compared with most NBFC peers ✅ Diversified lending portfolio ✅ Strong rural and semi-urban franchise ✅ Beneficiary of lower interest rate cycle if RBI continues easing Risks Asset quality can deteriorate if economic conditions weaken. Commercial vehicle financing remains cyclical. Any sharp increase in borrowing costs can pressure margins. Technical View Current market price is around ₹1,040–1,045. Important Support ₹1,000 ₹960 ₹910 Resistance ₹1,080 ₹1,110 (52-week high zone) ₹1,180
