SIEMENS
52-week range: high ₹3,990, low ₹2,271.
Over the past 1 year: return has been slightly negative (-3.9%) on BSE.
In March 2025, the company got approval (from the National Company Law Tribunal, NCLT) for the demerger of its energy business — spinning out Siemens Energy India Ltd (SEIL). That led to an ~ 7% jump in Siemens share price on that day.
Post-demerger, the standalone Siemens Ltd. now represents non-energy business (smart infrastructure, mobility, digital industries, automation etc.), while energy/T&D business lies with SEIL.
