NLC India – Odisha Green Energy JV

1. 1,000 MW Renewable Energy Platform: NLC India Renewables Ltd. (NIRL), a subsidiary of NLC India Limited, has signed a joint venture with Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency to develop 1,000 MW of green energy projects in Odisha, significantly expanding its renewable energy footprint. 2. Diversified Clean Energy Portfolio: The first phase includes 250 MW of wind power and 225 MW of floating solar projects, along with additional renewable energy initiatives, supporting Odisha’s clean energy and Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) targets. 3.
