360 ONE WAM Ltd. Reports Strong Q2 FY2026 Performance

Financial Highlights: Consolidated Net Profit surged by 28.3% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹315.5 crore, up from ₹246 crore in the corresponding period last year. Total Revenue increased by 29% YoY, reaching ₹1,115 crore compared to ₹865.2 crore a year ago. EBITDA saw a 32% increase, rising to ₹714 crore from ₹541 crore. The EBITDA margin expanded to 64%, up from 62.5%. The company reported a tangible net worth of ₹6,195 crore and a tangible Return on Equity (ROE) of 20.6% for the quarter. Combined ARR retention improved to 76 basis points (bps) from 68 bps YoY, with wealth management and asset management retention at 72 bps and 83 bps, respectively. Segmental Performance: Wealth Management ARR AUM grew 29.6% YoY to ₹2,03,208 crore, driven by strong performance across key verticals, including the 360 ONE Plus proposition (32.4% YoY growth), distribution (26.3% expansion), and lending businesses (52.1% expansion). Asset Management ARR AUM increased 7.4% YoY to ₹92,116 crore, fueled by growth in private equity (21.1% YoY), real assets (39.7% YoY), and customized multi-asset strategies (11.7% YoY). Strategic Developments: The company successfully completed the transfer of UBS AG's India wealth management business on September 29, 2025, a key strategic acquisition. UBS AG also subscribed to convertible warrants, securing a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE WAM, reflecting a long-term commitment to the growing Indian wealth management industry. The company currently manages assets for over 8,500 families and corporations.
