Capital Structure Optimization In a significant corporate update, Amagi Media confirmed the full conversion of all previously issued Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) and Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS) into ordinary equity shares. This conversion fundamentally simplifies the company’s capital structure, leaving zero outstanding preference shares and providing greater transparency and clarity for equity investors. Market Reaction & Stock Momentum In response to the robust earnings print and clean capital structure, the market reacted with strong bullish sentiment. Shares surged by as much as 13.8% intraday to print a fresh all-time high of ₹727. The stock's post-listing trajectory continues to reflect strong investor confidence: Following the announcement, shares stabilized at an elevated level of ₹680.25 (up 6.5%). The stock has now appreciated 101% from its IPO issue price of ₹361. It has delivered a 129% return from its listing price of ₹317.
