Consolidated Net Profit: The company reported a 21.1% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit, which rose to ₹158.4 crore from ₹130.8 crore in the corresponding period last year.

🏥 Strategic Initiative: Mumbai Hospital Expansion
In a significant move to strengthen its asset base and expand its footprint, the Board of Directors has approved a substantial expansion and revised capital allocation for its upcoming hospital in Mumbai.
Enhanced Capacity: Following the receipt of additional Floor Space Index (FSI) approval from the Mumbai Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), the planned capacity for the Mumbai facility will be increased by 50%, from 500 beds to 750 beds.
Revised Project Cost: To accommodate this expanded scope, the total project cost has been revised upward from ₹1,200 crore to ₹1,530 crore.
Ancillary Investment: The board also sanctioned the strategic acquisition of 30 residential flats near the hospital site for ₹85 crore.
