KARURVYSYA
Karur Vysya Bank Ltd. (KVB) has reported an exceptionally strong business update for the third quarter of FY26, signaling sustained operational efficiency and aggressive market expansion. The lender's total business crossed the ₹2.12 lakh crore milestone, driven by robust double-digit growth in both its credit and deposit portfolios. This performance has propelled the stock toward fresh record highs, reflecting heightened investor confidence in the bank's ability to outpace industry growth while maintaining a stable funding base. The quarter was characterized by high credit demand, particularly in the Retail, Agriculture, and MSME (RAM) segments, which continue to form the backbone of the bank's lending strategy. Simultaneously, the bank's success in mobilizing low-cost CASA deposits has positioned it favorably to protect its Net Interest Margins (NIM) in a competitive interest rate environment. Key Financial & Operational Highlights Lending Momentum: Gross advances surged by 17.15% year-on-year (YoY) to reach ₹97,048 crore, surpassing the September quarter figures by 4.66%.
