Value-Added Products: The high-margin Apollo Z (rust-proof) range saw significant acceleration, reaching 1,99,208 tonnes (up from 1,65,635 tonnes YoY). Specialized Segments: Coated products and Agri/Industrial tubes exhibited healthy traction across both urban and rural markets. Strategic Drivers The quarter’s record performance was catalyzed by broad-based demand across the infrastructure, real estate, and industrial sectors. APL Apollo’s strategic focus on its 4.5 million-tonne capacity across 11 manufacturing plants has allowed it to capitalize on the rising adoption of branded steel products. The company’s focus on improving the product mix toward value-added offerings continues to enhance its competitive moat and margin profile. Market Response In response to the operational update, the equity market reacted positively, with shares trading higher by 2.36% at ₹1,959.20 as of mid-day trade.
