Financial Highlights Just Dial delivered steady top-line growth and stable net profitability for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027, driven by robust operational revenue, though macroeconomic factors caused a mild contraction in operating margins. Strategic Leadership Transitions To steer its next phase of digital growth, the Board of Directors has approved key organizational transitions: Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Mr. Dinkar Ayilavarapu has been appointed as CEO (Designate) effective July 10, 2026. He will officially take charge as CEO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) on August 1, 2026. This follows the completion of the tenure of founding MD & CEO, Mr. V.S.S. Mani, on July 31, 2026. Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Mr. Dinesh Taluja has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective July 11, 2026. Investor Takeaway: Q1 FY27 reflects stable fundamental execution with solid ~10% revenue expansion, marking a healthy turnaround from the traffic and growth headwinds observed in Q4 FY26. While short-term operating margins compressed slightly, the onboarding of a new executive leadership team under Mr. Ayilavarapu and Mr. Taluja signals a strategic focus on expanding market share and institutionalizing corporate governance.
