Kajaria Ceramics Ltd. Q2 FY2026 Results Showcase Strong Profitability and Margin Expansion

Kajaria Ceramics Ltd., a prominent tiles manufacturer, announced robust financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a substantial 58% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit, reaching ₹133 crore, compared to ₹84 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations grew by 2% YoY to ₹1,186 crore, also reflecting a sequential growth of 7.5% from the June quarter's ₹1,103 crore. The revenue for the same quarter in the previous year was ₹1,162 crore. A key highlight is the significant improvement in operational efficiency, with Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) increasing by 31.3% YoY to ₹214 crore. Consequently, the EBITDA margin expanded by a notable 400 basis points, rising from 14% a year earlier to 18%. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share (face value ₹1 each) for the financial year 2025–26. The record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for this dividend has been set as Friday, October 24, 2025, with the payout scheduled on or before November 14, 2025. Following the results, Kajaria Ceramics shares were trading 1.2% higher at ₹1,251.9. The stock has posted a 7% year-to-date gain. The significant net profit growth and strong margin expansion underscore the company's improved operational leverage and profitability in a competitive market environment.
