This transaction unlocks an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,500 crore, substantially strengthening our footprint in one of India's key real estate markets. The acquired land parcel is strategically positioned within a high-growth corridor, offering excellent connectivity to the Hinjewadi IT hub and benefiting from planned infrastructure enhancements, including the PMRDA Town Planning Scheme and the upcoming Inner Ring Road. It follows our recent selection as the preferred partner for two major redevelopment projects in Mumbai: Malad (West): Four residential societies with a development potential of ₹800 crore.
