Mahindra Lifespaces Announces Strategic ₹3,500 Crore Land Acquisition in Pune, Bolstering Growth Pipeline

MAHLIFE
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has executed a significant strategic acquisition, purchasing 13.46 acres of prime land in Nande-Mahalunge, Pune. This transaction unlocks an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,500 crore, substantially strengthening our footprint in one of India's key real estate markets. The acquired land parcel is strategically positioned within a high-growth corridor, offering excellent connectivity to the Hinjewadi IT hub and benefiting from planned infrastructure enhancements, including the PMRDA Town Planning Scheme and the upcoming Inner Ring Road. This move aligns perfectly with our strategy to deepen our presence in high-potential micro-markets. This acquisition marks another step in our aggressive growth trajectory. It follows our recent selection as the preferred partner for two major redevelopment projects in Mumbai: Malad (West): Four residential societies with a development potential of ₹800 crore. Chembur: Two societies in the Diamond Garden area with a combined potential of ₹1,700 crore. These recent initiatives in Pune and Mumbai collectively add over ₹6,000 crore to our development pipeline, demonstrating a robust and consistent strategy of value creation through both greenfield acquisitions and redevelopment opportunities. Market Snapshot: Reflecting positive market sentiment, the company's stock concluded Friday's trading session with a strong gain of 3.67%. While the share price has seen a 14% correction year-to-date, its performance over the last six months shows a significant 35.50% appreciation, indicating growing investor confidence in our long-term strategic direction and execution capabilities.
