On a sequential basis, revenue fell by 6.4%. Profitability: Net profit contracted by 32.2% YoY to ₹23.9 crore. EBITDA plummeted to ₹7.6 crore, with the EBITDA margin compressing by 1,200 basis points to 3.6% (down from 15.6% in the prior year). This is the lowest operational margin recorded since Q1 FY22. Operational Drivers & Segment Dynamics Geographic Headwinds: The core India business, which contributes approximately 55% of total revenues, remained a primary drag, extending its decline for a second consecutive quarter with a 6.4% YoY drop. In contrast, the Middle East portfolio continued to demonstrate resilience and deliver growth. Cost Pressures: Profitability was heavily impacted by an 18% YoY escalation in operating and other expenses, severely restricting the company's operational leverage.
