Volume Drivers: Growth was underpinned by healthy patient throughput, digital engagement initiatives, and active community outreach programs, neutralizing seasonal softness caused by monsoon rainfall shortfalls. Expansion & Network Developments Recent Facility Additions: Successfully commenced operations at a newly acquired 70-bed hospital in Nellore and a 50-bed hospital in Guntur, further strengthening Coastal Andhra Pradesh operations. New hospitals in Rajahmundry and Bengaluru (HRBR, Mahadevapura, Electronic City) are fully integrated and scaling as expected. Upcoming Regional Hubs & Launches: Indore: Operations targeted to commence in Q3 FY27. Mumbai (Malad): Civil work completed; interior fit-outs underway with operations slated for Q1 FY28.
