In constant currency terms (USD), the segment revenue was $115.6 million, growing 2.7% QoQ. Net Income: ₹165.5 crore, up 5.1% YoY, with a net margin of 12.5%. Operating EBITDA: ₹207.8 crore, showing a 3.8% sequential (QoQ) increase. Adjusted EBITDA Margin: Expanded by 30 basis points (bps) QoQ to 16.4%, underscoring operational discipline. Workforce Strength: The company's total workforce stood at 12,402 employees as of September 30, 2025, with the last twelve months (LTM) attrition rate at 15.1%. While the reported EBITDA experienced a decline to ₹208 crore from ₹235.5 crore in the year-ago quarter, resulting in a margin contraction to 15.7% (from 18.1% in Q2 FY25), the sequential improvement in operating EBITDA and adjusted margin is noteworthy, indicating effective cost management and recovery in operating performance. Management OutlookCEO and Managing Director Warren Harris characterized Q2 FY26 as a quarter of "strong progress and positive momentum," highlighted by a return to growth, margin discipline, strategic strengthening in Europe, and continued investment in talent and innovation. Despite acknowledging potential "short-term, tactical challenges" in Q3, the leadership remains confident in a "solid rebound in Q4", driven by a robust pipeline, improving demand trends, and sustained operational excellence.
