Voltamp Transformers Ltd. has reported a resilient performance for the second quarter of FY26 Key Financial Highlights (Q2 FY26 vs. Q2 FY25): Revenue from Operations: The company achieved significant revenue growth of 21.3% year-on-year (YoY), with revenue reaching ₹482.6 crore compared to the previous year. EBITDA: Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization grew by 24.8% YoY to ₹93.55 crore. The company maintained a healthy operational EBITDA margin of 19.4%. Net Profit: Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a steady increase of 4.2% YoY, rising to ₹78.85 crore from ₹75.67 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Operational Performance and Strategic Updates: Resilience Amid Disruptions: Management reported that the quarterly performance was achieved despite logistical headwinds from heavy rainfall, which rendered certain delivery sites inaccessible and impacted invoicing by an estimated ₹10 crore. Operational Milestone: Voltamp successfully manufactured and delivered its highest-rated power transformer to date—a 160 MVA, 220 kV class unit—ahead of the contractual schedule, underscoring its strengthening manufacturing capabilities. Capital Expenditure Program: The greenfield EHV power transformer facility project is progressing as per the planned schedule. As of September 2025, the company has invested ₹82.8 crore towards this project, which is targeted for completion by June 2026. Leadership Update: The company announced the elevation of Mr. Vijay Gupta to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Gupta brings over three decades of industry experience, including 18 years at Voltamp. Order Book & Outlook: The company’s revenue visibility for the coming quarters remains strong, supported by a robust order pipeline. Voltamp began FY26 with an order book of ₹938 crore and has secured new orders valued at ₹1,377 crore year-to-date. An additional ₹92 crore in contracts is currently pending formal confirmation.
