Concurrently, the Board has approved a substantial capital-raising program. Key Financial & Operational Metrics Credit Growth: Gross loans and advances reached ₹2.85 lakh crore, representing robust growth of 18.4% YoY and 4.3% QoQ, indicating resilient credit demand. Deposit Profile: Total deposits stood at ₹3.15 lakh crore, up 14.3% YoY, though experiencing a marginal sequential decline of 1.1% QoQ. CASA Dynamics: Low-cost CASA deposits registered at ₹1.03 lakh crore (+14.3% YoY / -7.8% QoQ). The CASA ratio adjusted to 32.7%, down from 35.1% in the previous quarter, reflecting broader industry trends of shifting deposit structures. Balance Sheet Efficiency: The Credit-to-Deposit (CD) ratio sharpened to 90.5%, improving from 85.7% in Q4 FY26 and 87.4% in Q1 FY26, signaling optimal deployment of funds. Liquidity & Solvency: The average quarterly Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) strengthened significantly to 138.5%, up from 119.0% sequentially, maintaining a comfortable buffer over regulatory mandates. Capital Architecture & Capital Raise Plan The Board has approved an enabling resolution to raise up to ₹16,000 crore to fund future growth and fortify the capital base: Equity Issuance: Up to ₹7,500 crore, with a strict covenant capping aggregate dilution at 10% of the existing share capital. Debt Issuance: Up to ₹8,500 crore via eligible debt instruments across domestic or international markets. Note: The capital raise is subject to regulatory clearances and shareholder approval at the upcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 19, 2026.
