Agastya Energy to Invest ₹7,800 Cr for 12 GW Solar Ingot-Wafer Plant in AP

Agastya Green Energy, part of the Anubhav Agarwal Group, will invest approximately ₹7,800 crore to set up 12 GW integrated solar ingot and wafer manufacturing capacity at Orvakal Industrial Area in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The project complements its existing cell and module facilities, aims to boost domestic value addition in India’s solar supply chain, and is expected to generate over 3,500 jobs.
