HUL Q1 Net Profit Falls to ₹2,670 Cr, Misses Estimates; Volume Growth at 5%
HINDUNILVR reported a consolidated net profit of ₹2,670 crore for Q1 FY27, down from ₹2,800 crore a year earlier and missing estimates of ₹2,800 crore. EBITDA rose to ₹3,950 crore from ₹3,640 crore YoY but came in slightly below the ₹3,981 crore estimate, with margin contracting to 22.76% from 23.10%.
Domestic volume growth stood at 5%, weaker than the expected 6-7%. Revenue growth was supported by pricing and mix, though overall performance reflected subdued demand in parts of the portfolio.
