Limited surged over 4% in early Tuesday trading following the announcement of its Q4 FY26 results, with the stock emerging as a leading gainer on the benchmark index. The rally was driven by a broadly stable performance, with earnings surpassing expectations in certain areas. Market analysts remain divided on the company’s near-term prospects, though the overall sentiment leans positive, supported by its strong dividend appeal and relatively attractive valuation levels. For the January–March quarter, the company posted an 11.15% year-on-year increase in net profit, reaching ₹10,839 crore compared to ₹9,751.6 crore in the same period last year. Revenue rose 5.8% to ₹46,490 crore, while EBITDA grew 6.2% to ₹12,673.2 crore. Despite this growth, the EBITDA margin held steady at 27%, suggesting some ongoing pressure on operational efficiency. Additionally, the board has proposed a final dividend of ₹5.25 per equity share for FY26, pending approval from shareholders. Investment in securities market are subject to market risks.
