Shares Jump 12% Post Q4 Results; Net Profit Rises 11%

shares closed 12.27% higher at ₹2,034.60 on the BSE after hitting an intraday high of ₹2,067.55, following a 10.93% YoY rise in Q4FY25 consolidated net profit to ₹287.18 crore, driven by higher income. Total income rose to ₹1,914.79 crore (vs ₹1,366.16 crore YoY), while expenses increased to ₹1,530.72 crore. FY25 profit stood at ₹827.33 crore, up from ₹783.27 crore in FY24. The board recommended a ₹2.25 per share final dividend. The rally was also fueled by reports of a potential ₹10,000 crore partnership with HD Hyundai, though the company stated it is evaluating multiple strategic options and has no material updates at this stage.
